- Pretreatment System: Selection, washing, and cutting ensure high-quality raw materials.
- Pulping & Refining System: Mangoes are heated at 90–95°C for 3–5 minutes to soften, then pulped through a 0.5 mm mesh to remove peels.
- Mixing & Flavor Adjustment: The pulp is blended with sugar, citric acid, and ascorbic acid to enhance flavor and stability.
- Homogenization & Degassing: Using a high-pressure homogenizer (130–160 kg/cm²), fruit particles are evenly distributed to prevent stratification.
