Carbonating mixer is the equipment to mix sugar syrup, water and carbon dioxide. The product water is degassed and mixed with the syrup in a fixed proportion, cooled to the process temperature through a plate heat exchanger, and then fully mixed with carbon dioxide to complete carbonation.
